Suitable packaging materials for brined mushrooms mainly include glass bottles, plastic containers, and composite packaging bags. Glass bottles offer good sealing and transparency, allowing for a clear view of the product's appearance, but they are heavy and have higher transportation costs. Plastic containers are lightweight and durable, suitable for large-capacity packaging, and commonly used in industrial production and commercial wholesale. Composite packaging bags are lightweight, portable, and cost-effective, making them suitable for the household consumer market. During packaging, ensure that the packaging materials are clean and hygienic to avoid secondary contamination. The brined mushrooms should be completely submerged in brine, and as much air as possible should be removed from the packaging before sealing.

Storage conditions significantly impact the shelf life and quality of brined mushrooms. They should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity. The ideal storage temperature is 0-5℃, at which the shelf life of brined mushrooms can be extended to 6-12 months. If the storage temperature is too high, it will accelerate the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, leading to spoilage; if the temperature is too low, the mushrooms may freeze, damaging their tissue structure and affecting taste and quality. During storage, regularly check the packaging for any damage or leaks and address any issues promptly to prevent product contamination.
