How To Eat Canned Mackerel In Tomato Sauce

The canned  bonito is even soft, and it's smashed and poured into the rice and  noodles. It's delicious. It's like squid fried rice. XD.

Canned mackerel in tomato sauce, rice, green pepper, carrot, onion, salt, fish ball

1. Squid squid smashed (like squid canned pork), fish balls + green pepper + carrot + onion diced
2.  Add the olive oil to the hot pot, add the fish balls + green pepper +  carrot + onion, half-cooked, then add the minced meat with its sauce
3.  If the meal is mixed, if you feel that the meal is not enough color or  taste is not enough, you can add some tomato sauce or soy sauce and salt  seasoning.
