After 2 to 3 days of dry longan after initial baking, the moisture in the core and pulp gradually diffuses outwards. The surface moisture content of the pulp is higher than that in the initial baking. It needs to be baked again. The baking shall be done with low heat for about 12 hours, which shall be turned several times in the middle. When the fruit is pressed with finger without juice, and the core of the result is chestnut brown, the baking can be done, and the heat will be dissipated for 24 hours after baking.

Cut the stems of dragon's eyes with scissors.

Grading: sift the dried longan fruit into small batches.

Laminating packaging: usually sealed with better packaging, plastic film lining. When loading, the loading side sway, so that loading full. Each case is about 30kg. Seal the mouth of the plastic bag, fasten and seal the cover.
