Stir fried mushroom is a home dish with mushroom as the main ingredient.

Step 1: wash mushrooms and pick small pieces.

Step 2: blanch for two or three minutes.

Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and add the mushrooms to drain the water.

Step 4: stir fry for two minutes and add appropriate amount of salt.

Step 5: add some soy sauce.

Step 6: add coriander.

Step 7: stir fry evenly.


The nutritional value of mushroom

Mushroom contains more than 30% protein and 206.28 mg vitamin C per 100 g fresh mushroom. 

Moreover, carotene in mushroom can be converted into vitamin A. therefore, mushroom is also known as "vitamin a treasure house". 

Some mushrooms also contain more cellulose than ordinary vegetables, which can effectively prevent constipation.
