Natural Fresh Fruit Canned Pineapple

View packaging. Observe whether the outer packaging is neat and clean, whether the writing is clear and the label is complete and regular. If the printing quality is poor, the writing is illegible, the labeling content is incomplete, and the production date is not stamped, it is likely to be a counterfeit product.

Check the internal quality. For products packaged in glass bottles, the color, state and odor of the contents can be checked, and whether the contents of the contents are intact, no foreign matter, no turbidity. The content of canned fruit of good quality is natural and fresh color inherent in the raw food, and the shape and size are basically the same, and the whole is not loose. The color of the fruit should not be browned, the syrup is clear and transparent, and no impurities or suspended matter should be allowed except for the slight precipitation of pulp and debris. For products packaged in metal cans, the surface should be clean and free of rust spots, the bottom and cover are slightly recessed, the weld seam and the bottom bead are not damaged, and the door is tight and not deformed. If you find that the inner and outer walls of the metal can or the can lid have rust due to corrosion, do not buy it.

Prevent "fat listening" and "missing". The center of the metal canned bottom and the lid of the normal fruit is flat or slightly concave, and there is no leakage. When contaminated by microorganisms, the canned fruit often has a "fat listening", that is, the center of the tin of the can bottom and the lid is raised, which is caused by the bacteria in the tank to produce gas, so that the pressure inside the tank is greater than the air pressure. "Leaking" refers to a can that has a leaky seal and has a leak. Metal-packed products are collided by objects during transportation, and often the outer wall is invaginated, which makes the air easy to enter and the contents are rancid.
