The process of making High Profit Canned Lychee

1. Select - classification: 

Fresh organic lychees selected by experienced local farmers' hands 

2. Wash:

The picked lychees are washed in clean water for sake of removing all the dust and stuff, which can be seen as the second step.

3. Peel, remove seeds: 

Fresh organic lychees are peeled and excluded from the core by hands.

4. Soak: 

Soaked in CaCl2 0.5% ratio within 10-15 minutes to increase stiffness.

5. Wash: 

Prior to being canned into the tin, all soaked lychees are washed in pure water to demolish the remaining soaking stuff.

6. Canning

Select the cans, which are not bulging, leaking or rusted. The lychees should be white, soft and the sugar syrup should be clear. Any foul smelling odor or cloudiness in the syrup would indicate spoilage and hence should be discarded.

7. Pasteurized

In manufacturing, all canned lychees tins are pasteurized by means of protecting the quality against the latent bacteria.

8. Product Testing: 

The expertise of manufactory will check out the output after around 2 weeks to make sure they meet the specialized requirements.
